Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders take 1-3 business days to be processed before shipping out.
We will provide you with a tracking number and the Estimated Delivery date once your order has shipped.
I placed my order on friday, when will it ship?
Orders placed on Friday will not be processed until Monday as our warehouse is closed on Saturday + Sundays.
Is express shipping available for pre-orders?
Pre-order items are not eligible for Priority or Express Shipping,
as these items are often produced and shipped at a future delivery date.
My package arrived damaged, what do i do?
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Panache Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We hope you love your items, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase,
you may return unworn, unwashed merchandise within two weeks of the ship date for store credit only.
All sale items are Final Sale. A valid receipt is required for all returns, and the merchandise must be in its original condition.
Panache Apparel is not responsible for shipped packages once they leave our warehouse, including lost or stolen.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Panache Accessories is not responsible for return shipping costs. It may take up to 7 business days once we receive
the returned merchandise for your return to be processed. Once your return has been processed, store credit will be issued to you.
Are there any items which are un-returnable?
Final Sale, Flash Sale, and Sale items are not eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
Due to their intimate nature, below are the categories in which we cannot accept returns and are considered Final Sale:
